Every credit-pack purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: a full refund of the purchase price, at your request, even if you have used some or all of the credits.

The conditions, all of them:

• Request within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Once per customer (your first refunded purchase).
• Not available where the payment is already under dispute or the account was closed for fraud or abuse of the Terms.

Email refund@editorop.com from your account email with the word "refund" — that's the whole procedure. No forms, no exit interview.

Refunds go to your original payment method, with no fee, and land within 14 days of your request. Payment processing is by Dodo Payments — the name on your card statement — acting on our instruction.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from your purchase. Unused credits are always refundable within those 14 days. At checkout you can ask us to start the service immediately; you acknowledge there that the statutory right ends for credits you have used — our 30-day guarantee then still covers you beyond it. The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, never instead of them, and nothing here limits any right that your local law grants regardless of contract.

To exercise the statutory right specifically, use the same email above (a plain statement that you withdraw is enough), or the model withdrawal form provided at checkout.

Credits never expire for the life of your account, are non-transferable, and are not a stored monetary balance or gift card — they are a licence to use the Service. Outside a refund under this policy or your statutory rights, credits cannot be redeemed for cash. If we ever terminate the Service or your account without cause, unused paid credits are refunded.
