• Your first month is half price. After that, your plan renews at the full monthly price until you cancel.
• If you made 1 reel or fewer in the 7 days after your first payment, contact us and we refund that payment in full.
• Other payments are not refunded. You can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
• If an edit or export fails, its credits come back to you on their own.
• One discounted first month per person.

Request a refund from your account, reply to any EditorOP email, or write to support@editorop.com. We do it within 1 day.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from your purchase. Unused credits are always refundable within those 14 days. At checkout you can ask us to start the service immediately; you acknowledge there that the statutory right ends for credits you have used. This right is in addition to the refund rule above, never instead of it. Nothing here limits any right that your local law grants regardless of contract.

To exercise the statutory right specifically, use the same email above (a plain statement that you withdraw is enough), or the model withdrawal form provided at checkout.

Unused monthly reels roll over for one month. Extra reels you buy never run out. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
